Single point of contact for authorities (Art. 11 DSA) and users (Art. 12 DSA) regarding illegal content and other communication: Email: [email protected] · Languages: English and German.

This contact point is not operated by automated means alone — messages are reviewed and handled by a natural person, so users can reach us directly (Art. 12 DSA).

Illegal content can also be reported directly in the app via the "Report" feature on any post or profile (notice-and-action, Art. 16 DSA).

Accessibility (BFSG / European Accessibility Act)

As a micro-enterprise (fewer than 10 persons employed and annual turnover or balance-sheet total not exceeding EUR 2 million) providing a service, we currently fall under the exemption in § 3(3) BFSG, so the statutory accessibility obligations do not yet apply to us. We nevertheless aim to follow WCAG 2.1 AA as good practice.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

Liability for content / links / copyright

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under § 7(1) DDG. For user-generated content (reviews, threads, comments, avatars) we are not obliged to monitor proactively (§§ 8–10 DDG / Art. 6 DSA); upon obtaining knowledge of an infringement we remove the affected content without undue delay (see Report feature above).

Cover images and metadata come from public sources (incl. MangaDex) and serve to identify the works discussed. Rights to the works/trademarks remain with their respective holders.
